You guy do not know what happen because you haven been to our clan website to read.
Yes, all of you guys work hard but not hard enough and I didn't shot you guys down like a dog.
Before you guys call me an Asshole since im running the clan.. i would like to say stop complaining you little selfish shyts.
Reasons why i implemented changes again:
- Downgrade to Mountain Size
Downgrading to mountain size because of LIMITED players in clan are donating, this is to remove all those useless/leechers players & helping to reduce resources for those who really donate.
- New Genin & Chunin Test
As you guys know as Chunin in the clan, they are capable of raiding. When i raided with afew Chunin they do not even know what to do. No one was hacking consoles and i was the one hacking them, some even replied they do not know where the consoles are. which makes me feel that those in clan are just joining raid to leech and pass and get promoted to chunin.
Which is why this new test is implemented to make sure you guys know the basics for raid. the 4 "UBER FRAMES" you guys talked about are mainly basic frames. I'm not asking you guys to get nezha or wukong which require nitians. (now thats even harder to get isnt it?)
Those frames i recommended because i ran Raids more than 150++ with those frames with my leaders and some of the members. each has its own role and it is really good for training members, if others can do it why cant you? it is not for my benefit, it is for the members.
- Insufficient Time
I believe i didnt ask you guys to complete in 3 days, all ranking to be done the same every last day of the month then we will start to kick.
3 days kicking is for those new members which the person invite have to be responsible to check weather if his good or not, if not we would remove them.
otherwise, for ranking will be every last friday of the month.
Next kick Date: 26th Feb 2016
- Friendly Clan
Again, i would like to say we are still friendly. to you guys, you may not see this. But have you guys ever thought about others? (from the looks of your complaint, i guess not.)
Implement new stuffs & new changes doesnt mean that we are not friendly.
We are just implement this changes to make a better life for those who really deserve to stay and get rid of those leechers / cheaters.
If you guys really want to ask why the changes? my answer to you all is because of you guys.
like i mentioned before, it is everyone in the clan that make the clan awesome. if there are assholes, leechers & corrupted members. then NEW RULES & stuffs will be implemented.
I do not blame you guys as you all dun see what i see, but hopefully you guys will understand why this changes was made again. if you all cant.. then i would suggest you all find a better clan =/
